METRO CENTER ASSOCIAION and three other neighborhood councils unite to host a City Council Candidate Forum focusing on questions relevant to life in Springfield’s more urban and historic neighborhoods. Come learn what the eight candidates for the 5 at-large seats on Springfield’s City Council bring to the table.
