The Metro Center Assocation invites those who live, work and play in Springfield to come together with our Springfield City Councilors on a level playing field. No politics, no podiums, just lots of personality as we play games, chat, and eat free lunch. When picking up pick-up sticks, playing Go Fish, and having other fun together, formal authority comes down and relationships build up. Please come get to know personally the people behind Springfield’s policies – and let them know you! That will make life better here!
Game On this month includes veteran at-large councilors Kateri Walsh and Justin Hurst, and brand new councilor Gerry Martin, Ward 7.
This super civic-engagment event is hosted in the comfy civic pop-up space called The Intersection created by the Springfield Cultural Parntership. The space is on the first floor of Tower Square on the Main and Bridge Street corner. Parking vouchers available.
